THE LATE T. W. HALL, Esq.
Mr. HALL was one of the greatest philatelic experts of all time, and in addition to having held office as President of the Royal Philatelic Society for many years,
he was Chairman of the Expert Committee of that Society and Editor of "The London Philatelist."
His signature at the foot of expert certificates is familiar to all philatelists.
