Post Office Guides / Handbooks were published annually(?)
The earliest one recorded by me is 1919 and the latest 1977 but it is quite likely that these dates can be extended.
Listed below are years for which I have produced pdf files from scanned copies. Further contributions would be welcome.

In some cases the rates have been transcribed into text – see the ‘Postal Rates’ section of the web site.
Each Guide is quite large, over 100 pages in some cases. To make the pdf files more manageable, each guide has been broken down into sections.
The topic sequence, over the years is inconsistent and hence the files have a number that largely preserves the sequence of the publication, followed by a name that indicates the topic contents, as illustrated below:
